today, a peace summit between me and the digital camera spirits of san francisco ended in harmonious glory. a peace treaty was signed where we accepted each others faults and limits and recognized each other as exquisite specimens. (best buy too has finally admitted defeat and awarded me a brand new digi camera for the documentation of photo dojoness.)

stefan and the roof made a peace treaty of their own. the roof agreed to stop peeing in the lab as long as we give her seams a nice coat of rubbery paint every now and then.

this is an afterschool photo program and these kids range from 9th to 12th grade. i had to talk a little about the magazine and the darkroom, kinda cool kinda freaked out..

meanwhile, patrick was hanging his show. the kids kept calling that one "juice".

patrick's mom sent a huge box of treats that she made for the opening. that includes cookies, little cheese things, and more cookies. they tasted so good we had to seal up the box and hide it in the back room until thursday.

ryan and jason tried to stay out of it, but i told them to give a "testimonial" on video about how hamburger eyes changed their lives, but they only just talked about how they got involved..
